It’s a good time to be excited. The classes have gotten a FORMAT UPGRADE. Now when you book online you will see what style of Func HiiT you will be booking into it – LIFT, MOVE or SMASH.
So what’s it all about???
LIFT- Emphasis on weights, Lower Reps, Power Movements, Squats/Deadlifts/Bench
MOVE- Maximizing your movements improving Joint Range, Focus on Mobility,
SMASH- High Intensity, Light Weight/Bodyweight movements, Low Rest periods
Feedback so far has been very supportive and we look forward to seeing you guys bright and early.
Classes will still be capped at 16 people to keep the quality of techniques and movement a main attraction to the classes.
