As an accomplished personal trainer, Tristan enjoys tailoring strength and resistance training to ensure his clients get the most out of their session.

Tristan uses a combination of resistance training and cardio programs to enable his clients to lose weight and gain muscle. He aims to keep his programs varied and interesting, and adjusts them to suit clients’ fitness levels. His training style focuses on the basic movement patterns of the body and looks to address underlying weaknesses or imbalances. In addition to creating strength and weight loss results, Tristan can design sport-specific programs for achieving athletic outcomes.
