Using your own personal Mind + Body MyZONE Belt, all you have to do is rack up the most calories in 1 session AT THE GYM, and have one of our trainers mark it down. The member with the most calories burned in 1 session by October 31st will win.
If you don’t have a belt, that’s okay, you can buy one at reception for a special members only price.
