Personal training and group fitness

Dynamic and varied, Jess will have you pushing your limits and training hard to achieve your fitness goals.

Jess specialises in interval training using different high intensity techniques to help her clients with their health and fitness needs. She has particular interest in results-based programming to ensure her clients get the outcomes they’re after, whether that’s to lose weight or build strength. She also instructs group fitness at Mind & Body, running the Tuesday night X-Train class, and enjoys martial arts training in her free time.
