Dynamic Mobility is run by our Aerialist Jamie King or our resident Myotherapist Aaron Carrison (see online timetable for the instructor).
No matter your level or ability, this is a great way to finish a week and set you up for the weekend ahead.
You will stretch out those muscles that you have worked out all week in the gym and work. You will be learning correct movements and how to utilise your core better.
If you ever wanted to try handstands, you will learn the basics here and grow from that.
